Construction Group International, LLC (CGI) was formed by individuals with construction backgrounds and a culmination of 105 years of industry experience.  CGI’s primary goal is offering responsive, efficient and cost effective specialty and turn-key tenant improvement contracting services.  Our clientele is composed of companies with a highly varied role in the construction industry who have been extremely satisfied with the long established relationships formed with the founders. The clientele include architects, consultants, general contractors, sub contractors, property managers and facility owners.

CGI’s founding member Mark Marcell was joined by George Bruce and Brett Hagedorn, to complete a functional construction service firm focused on complete client service and an integrated project planning approach from inception to completion.  Jointly, the firm founders contribute a wide spectrum of construction experience, including decades of field experience, construction management, construction business operations, architecture and environmental consulting.  CGI has offices in Woodinville, Washington and Las Vegas, Nevada; both primary locations with established business relationships.  CGI is licensed to perform work in the states of Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Washington.

All CGI Personnel are established and respected in the industry as knowledgeable, professional, highly skilled individuals with career construction and contracting experience.  CGI invested months of planning in order to formulate and build a highly qualified team of core personnel with the depth to satisfy our diverse clientele with specialized construction services.  The diverse nature of our clientele clearly depicts our ability to maintain professional relationships with building owners, developers, property managers, general contractors, sub contractors and facility owners.
