CGI is well capitalized and has minimal long-term debt.  CGI is fully bonded and insured through the highly respected firm of HUB International of Bothell, Washington. 

Currently, CGI maintains insurance with $1 million/$2 million limits, including pollution liability for environmental projects and an umbrella policy for $5 million.  Our bonding is underwritten by American Safety Insurance. 

CGI has maintained a flawless performance record and has never failed to complete an obligation, nor experienced an unsatisfied customer based on the comprehensive quality of our work.  When clients use CGI, they ultimately recommend CGI.  We enjoy the luxury of repeat business.

History:

Construction Group International, LLC (CGI) started in the Seattle area.  Our initial goal was providing responsive, efficient, cost effective specialty and turnkey environmental and construction services. 

Meeting our clients’ needs, we found ourselves working further from home and performing more and more maintenance and repair on existing buildings and critical infrastructure equipment.  We began recruiting people and opening new offices to meet the needs of our clients with their widely dispersed assets. 

Today CGI has 3 fixed offices located in Woodinville Washington, Las Vegas Nevada, and Kansas City Missouri.  CGI completes work throughout all 50 states.      

CGI promotes a collaborative project approach with our clients and when necessary uses integrated project delivery obtaining input from all key stakeholders to assure an efficient, well planned, under budget project.  We have gained some of our best clients through solving challenges others could not.  We encourage our clients to provide us the opportunity as a trusted partner to solve their most challenging construction, environmental and critical infrastructure dilemmas.
